Our goal is to provide our customers with the most reliable, economical, and fastest shipping service possible. Our standard practice is to use United Parcel Service (UPS) 3 Day Select for fast, fully insured, and trackable service. Shipments to PO boxes, APOs and some other smaller orders will be sent by USPS Priority mail. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us or specify clearly on the order form. To arrange order expediting, please place your order by phone at 1-888-886-1514 or 1-206-726-1514. Web orders sent in with expedited shipping instructions are not guaranteed to arrive within the shipping type specified, they are only guaranteed to be shipped by the method selected. If you need an order expedited due to time constraints, we highly suggest calling us.
We try our best to stock all items in our web catalog. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Most orders are received within 4 business days. Out-of-stock items normally take up to two weeks for delivery. Some items can take up to 30 days. If time is critical to you, please contact us before ordering.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Basic UPS service to these areas is Second Day Air. Base Rate is $15.00, plus
$2.00 per pound over 1.
Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands
For UPS service these territories are classed as international shipments, and
are listed in the International rates. USPS classifies these areas as Domestic
and small value orders may be sent USPS Priority. Express Mail Service is also
available at $20.00 up to 3 pounds, and $2.00 per pound over 3. EMS offers 2-day
delivery (not guaranteed), insurance, and some tracking service.

Important Notes: All international shipments are subject to local duties and taxes. These taxes are in addition to what you pay us for the product and shipping. The average price of these duties is US $15.00. They may be collected by your customs office or by the UPS broker in your country. We do not receive any benefit from these taxes, nor can we predict or alter the amount charged by local customs officers. All local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you have concerns regarding duties please contact your local customs office. A reliable local contact phone number is mandatory for shipments to foreign countries.
To serve you best we highly suggest using UPS International Express service for all international orders. This is an extremely fast, trackable, and insured shipping. Destination times are 3 days to all major countries, but because customs can cause delays we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for foreign shipments.
Shipments to PO Boxes by UPS is possible in some countries, but most orders to PO Boxes will be shipped by EMS International, a service of USPS. Air Parcel Post is available only for small value shipments. It takes at least 7 to 10 days and is not traceable. We do not accept responsability for orders lost or stolen by international Post Office. If this concerns you, then we suggest shipping with UPS.
We are willing to work with you on our shipping policy. We are actively seeking fulfillment centers overseas. Do not hesitate to contact us with questions before you buy. If you do not contact us before the sale then by ordering from us you automatically agree to abide by our terms above.

** In some cases, shipments bound for Canada or Mexico are eligible for duty preference under NAFTA (the North American Free Trade Agreement). We will include a statement requesting this preference on all shipments that qualify, but we cannot predict what determination your local customs office will make regarding such requests. These requests will be made when appropriate, but cannot be guaranteed.
